A Mini–Grant Program (MGP) will provide select faculty teams with funding and accountability to support them in designing EOP curriculum modules and piloting their designs at their respective institutions.
A Community of Practice (CoP) will provide opportunities for faculty participants to engage in peer networking, share their curricula development progress, and learn from each other in an asynchronous setting that provides a supportive and inclusive culture and fosters Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
A Mentoring Program (MP) will provide faculty teams with experienced coaching to support their progress throughout the program by providing guidance on the curricula development process as well as on principles of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice to foster trust and supportive pairings.
